My name is Taina but some of my friends and family call me Tanya. I am the founder of Thoughtful Life coach. I’ve always had a vision, a vision of helping people in search of finding themselves in the midst of uncertainty. I allow the universe to lead the way, which is why I wanted to start a career in psychology and begin to learn about Reiki. I began my training at Northeast Reiki Center, I learned a lot about how to self-heal, as I furthered my training until I reached to the level of master Reiki practitioner and earned a certificate as a life coach, NLP practitioner, and hypnosis at South Shore Hypnosis Center; I’m also a member of NGH (National Guild of Hypnotist) When you join Thoughtful Life coach family, you are never alone, I care about all my clients, and take pride knowing when your leave my office you will have the right tools to overcome obstacle.
